The stable versions of the modules should be downloaded from the Inductive Automation Strategic Partner Modules download page.

However, sometimes it is helpful to have the latest nightly build of a module for the latest features and/or bug fixes.

Nightly modules do not undergo the full suite of testing and should generally not be used in production environments.
