Also, in the IoT Central Application portal under devices you should see the device is connected.

At this point, a 'Tag Agent' can be configured used to get some data flowing into Azure IoT Central. By default when Azure Injector is first installed a 'Tag Agent' is created by default. This is shown below.

In order to use this Tag Agent to push data to IoT Central, we need to create a Tag Tree in Ignition.
