How do I clear out an existing MQTT Transmission Disk Backed History Store

If you have an MQTT Transmission History Store configured with data stored that you no longer want to be transmitted the next time MQTT Transmission connects to a server:

1. Disable MQTT Transmission
   
   
2. On the file system, identify the applicable history and delete the file
   1. File(s) are located in the directory when Ignition is installed ~/user-lib/cls/data/h2
   2. File naming convention is "HistoryStore Name"-xxxxx.mv where xxxxx is the internal ID of the history store
      
3. Enable MQTT Transmission
   1. If the History Store configuration is enabled, a new history store will be created
