Prior to the 4.0.9 release of the Emerson ROC driver, configuration data is stored in the internal Ignition DB. 

In From the 4.0.9 release of the Emerson ROC driver, configuration data is now stored in the filesystem which is supported by the Ignition backup/restore operations. The configuration is stored in the "data/modules/com.cirrus-link" folder in the Ignition directory.
